Sven Peetoom is a Dutch Indonesian filmmaker. He studied Film- and Literature studies at Leiden University and studied Documentary Directing at the European Film College. Sven is a director of short fiction and documentary films. His most recent succes is Samoeraai (2019), which had its world premiere at the International Film Festival of Rotterdam (IFFR)
Sven is also one of the founders of the Courageous Cinema Collective, together with Didi Spaans. You can contact Sven for festival programming, moderation and Q&A's. Also Sven is open to discussing any collaboration with cinema's, production companies and film festivals.
